NOTICE FOR INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF LANGUAGE IMMERSION COURSES FOR ONE OFFICER FROM THE SINGAPORE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

To all candidates
Reference: SINGEMBPAR/ITQ/002/2019
The Government of the Republic of Singapore invites interested and qualified schools to submit their offers for the French language immersion for an officer from the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 3 June 2019 to 29 November 2019. The officer is a complete beginner and is expected to attain at least Advanced CEFR C1 proficiency in French Language by the end of the training.
2 All interested parties may contact Ms Foo Jia Hui, First Secretary (Admin & Consular) at 06 71 83 03 84 or foo_jia_hui@mfa.gov.sg to obtain the relevant documents or enquire about any aspect of this ITQ.
3 All offers shall be submitted by e-mail to paris_procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to Ms Foo Jia Hui from the Singapore Mission in Paris by the closing date. The closing date for the quotation is Wednesday, 17 April 2019 at 1700 hours local time (CET).
4 The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.
5 This invitation to quote and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
