INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF LANGUAGE IMMERSION COURSES FOR ONE OFFICER FROM THE SINGAPORE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

You are invited to submit your offer for the French language immersion for an officer from the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 3 February to 27 March 2020. The officer currently has CEFR B2 proficiency and is expected to attain at least Advanced CEFR C1 proficiency in French Language by the end of the training.
2 The documents for the Invitation To Quote are attached. Please contact Ms Foo Jia Hui, First Secretary (Admin & Consular) at 01 56 79 68 08 or foo_jia_hui@mfa.gov.sg to enquire about any aspect of this ITQ.
3 All offers shall be submitted by e-mail to paris_procurement@mfa.sg and addressed to Ms Foo Jia Hui from the Singapore Mission in Paris by the closing date. The closing date for the quotation is Friday, 8 November at 17h00 local time (CET).
4 The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.
5 This invitation to quote and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
