INVITATION TO TENDER FOR MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT AND ADDITIONAL RELATED GOODS AND SERVICES

          You are invited to submit your offer for the Mechanical and Electrical systems (M&E) maintenance contract for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore’s Chancery at 16 rue Murillo 75008 Paris and the Official Residence at 3 rue l’Amiral d’Estaing 75116 Paris, as well as additional related goods and services.

2        Please contact Ms Emilie Lefevre, person in charge of building maintenance at 01 56 79 68 03/ sg-admin@mfa.sg or Ms Foo Jia Hui, First Secretary (Admin & Consular) at 01 56 79 68 08 / foo_jia_hui@mfa.gov.sg or to obtain the documents and details of the Tender.

3        The Government of the Republic of Singapore will organise site visits at both locations, starting with the Embassy at 16 rue Murillo, 75008 Paris between 26 November to 6 December 2019. After visiting the Embassy, the second site visit will be held at Ambassador’s residence at 3, rue de l’amiral d’Estaing 75116 Paris. Please register your attendance with Ms Emilie Lefèvre, person in charge of building maintenance, at 01 56 79 68 03 or sg-admin@mfa.sg by 25 November 2019, 5pm (CET). All personnel attending this site visit will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

4        All offers shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to Ms Foo Jia Hui at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore at 16 rue Murillo 75008 Paris by the closing date. The closing date for the tender is Wednesday, 15 January at 17h00 local time (CET).

5        The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.

6        This invitation to tender and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
