INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES FOR THE CHANCERY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE FOR THREE YEARS IN PARIS, FRANCE

          You are invited to submit your offer for the provision of Security Guard Services for the Chancery of the Republic of Singapore for three years in Paris, France.


2        Please contact Mr Jeremin Yong, Attaché (Administration & Technical) at Jeremin_yong@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) to obtain the documents and details of the Tender.


3        The Singapore Embassy will organise visits to the site on Friday, 28 August 2026. The visits will take place at the Singapore Embassy, at 16 Rue de Murillo, 75008 Paris. Interested companies should register your attendance with Ms Emilie LEFEVRE, at 01 56 79 68 03 or sg-admin@mfa.sg (opens in new tab). Bids submitted by providers who did not execute a prior site visit will not be accepted.


4        All offers must be submitted to the Embassy by post or in person, in a sealed envelope, addressed to Mr Jeremin Yong, Attaché (Administration & Technical). The closing date for the tender is Thursday, 17 September 2026 at 17h00 local time (CET).

 

5        The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.


6        This invitation to tender and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
