INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION AND INSTALLATION OF CURTAINS AND RELATED FURNISHINGS FOR THE RESIDENCE OF THE AMBASSADOR OF SINGAPORE IN PARIS, FRANCE

          You are invited to submit your offer for the provision and installation of curtains and related furnishings for the residence of the ambassador of Singapore in Paris, France.

3        The Singapore Embassy will organise visits to the site on Tuesday, 16 June 2026. The visits will take place at the Official Residence, at 3, rue de l'Amiral d'Estaing, 75116 Paris. Interested companies should register your attendance with Ms Emilie LEFEVRE, at 01 56 79 68 03 or sg-admin@mfa.sg. Bids submitted by providers who did not execute a prior site visit will not be accepted.

4        All offers must be submitted to the Embassy by post or in person, in a sealed envelope, addressed to Ms LEONG Jia Qian, First Secretary (Administration & Consular). The closing date for the tender is Friday, 17 July 2026 at 17h00 local time (CET).

5        The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.

6        This invitation to tender and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
