INVITATION TO TENDER FOR MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT AND ADDITIONAL RELATED GOODS AND SERVICES (3+2 YEARS) FOR CHANCERY AND OFFICIAL RESIDENCE OF THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN PARIS

          You are invited to submit your offer for a mechanical and electrical maintenance contract and additional related goods and services (3+2 years) for the Chancery and Official Residence of the Singapore Embassy in Paris. 

2        Please contact Ms Emilie LEFEVRE, Properties and Admin Manager at 01 56 79 68 03/ sg-admin@mfa.sg or Ms LEONG Jia Qian, First Secretary (Administration & Consular) at leong_jia_qian@mfa.gov.sg to obtain the documents and details of the Tender. 

3        The Singapore Embassy will organise visits to both sites on Tuesday, 20 January 2026. The visits will begin at the Embassy at 16, rue Murillo, 75008 Paris, and will continue at the second site, the Official Residence, at 3, rue de l'Amiral d'Estaing, 75116 Paris. Interested companies should register your attendance with Ms Emilie LEFEVRE, at 01 56 79 68 03 or sg-admin@mfa.sg. Bids submitted by providers who did not execute a prior site visit will not be accepted. 

4        All offers must be submitted to the Embassy by post or in person, in a sealed envelope, addressed to Ms LEONG Jia Qian, First Secretary (Administration & Consular). The closing date for the tender is Monday, 30 March 2026 at 17h00 local time (CET). 

5        The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer. 

6        This invitation to tender and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
