INVITATION TO TENDER FOR CHANCERY CLEANING SERVICE CONTRACT (3-YEAR) AND ADDITIONAL RELATED GOODS AND SERVICES

          You are invited to submit your offer for the cleaning service contract (3-year) and additional related goods and services at the Chancery of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.

2        Please contact Ms Emilie Lefèvre, person in charge of building maintenance at 01 56 79 68 03/ sg-admin@mfa.sg or Ms Jean Chua, Third Secretary (Administration & Technical) at chua_hwee_khoon@mfa.gov.sg to obtain the documents and details of the Tender.

3        The Government of the Republic of Singapore will organise a mandatory site visit at the Chancery (16 Rue Murillo, 75008 Paris) on 6 November 2024, 10am (CEST). Bidders who wish to attend may register your attendance with Ms Emilie Lefèvre, at 01 56 79 68 03 or sg-admin@mfa.sg. Bids submitted by providers who did not execute a prior site visit will not be accepted.

4        All offers shall be submitted by Friday, 29 November 2024 at 17h00 local time (CEST).

5        The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.

6        This invitation to quotation and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
