INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR WATERPROOFING WORK ON A FAÇADE WALL AND RENOVATION OF AN EXTERIOR CONCRETE STAIRCASE OF THE CHANCERY AT THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE

          You are invited to submit your offer for waterproofing work on a façade wall and renovation of an exterior concrete staircase at the Chancery of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.

2        Please contact Ms Emilie LEFEVRE, Properties and Admin Manager at 01 56 79 68 03/ sg-admin@mfa.sg or Ms LEONG Jia Qian, First Secretary (Administration & Consular) at leong_jia_qian@mfa.gov.sg to obtain the documents and details of the Quotation.

3        The Government of the Republic of Singapore will organise a mandatory site visit at the Chancery – 16 rue Murillo, 75008 Paris on Friday, 13 June 2025, 10am (CEST). Interested companies should register your attendance with Ms Emilie LEFEVRE, at 01 56 79 68 03 or sg-admin@mfa.sg. Bids submitted by providers who did not execute a prior site visit will not be accepted.

4        All offers can be submitted either by email to paris_procurement@mfa.gov.sg, or by mail in a sealed envelope addressed to Ms LEONG Jia Qian, First Secretary (Administration & Consular). The closing date for the quotation is Monday, 30 June 2025 at 17h00 local time (CEST).

5        The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.

6        This invitation to quotation and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
