INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE RESTORATION OF CHANCERY’S GARDEN

          You are invited to submit your offer for the restoration of Chancery’s garden for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.

2        Please contact Ms Emilie Lefevre, person in charge of building maintenance at 01 56 79 68 03/ sg-admin@mfa.sg or Ms Janne Liew, Attaché (Administration & Technical) at liew_boa_tyng@mfa.gov.sg to obtain the documents and details of the Tender.

3        The Government of the Republic of Singapore will organise a mandatory site visit at the Embassy at 16 rue Murillo, 75008 Paris between 20 and 27 April 2021. Bidders who do not attend the site visit may be automatically disqualified. Please register your attendance with Ms Emilie Lefèvre, person-in-charge of building maintenance, at 01 56 79 68 03 or sg-admin@mfa.sg.

4        All offers shall be submitted to paris_procurement@mfa.sg by Thursday, 29 April 2021 at 17h00 local time (CET).

5        The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.

6        This invitation to tender and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
