          You are invited to submit your offer for the replacement of service staircase carpeting in the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.

2        Please contact Ms Emilie Lefevre, person in charge of building maintenance at 01 56 79 68 03/ sg-admin@mfa.sg or Ms Janne Liew, Attaché (Administration & Technical) at liew_boa_tyng@mfa.gov.sg to obtain the documents and details of the Tender.

3        The Government of the Republic of Singapore will organise a site visit at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore at 16 rue Murillo, 75008 Paris on 27 October 2022, 2pm (CET). Bidders who wish to attend may register your attendance with Ms Emilie Lefèvre, at 01 56 79 68 03 or sg-admin@mfa.sg.

4        All offers shall be submitted to paris_procurement@mfa.sg by Monday, 7 November 2022 at 17h00 local time (CET).

5        The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.

6        This invitation to quotation and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
