INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF THREE SOFAS FOR THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE

          You are invited to submit your offer for the supply and delivery of three sofas for the reception room at the Official Residence.


2        Please contact Ms Jean Chua, Third Secretary (Administration & Technical) at chua_hwee_khoon@mfa.gov.sg to obtain the documents and details of the Tender.


3        All offers shall be submitted to paris_procurement@mfa.sg (cc Chua_hwee_khoon@mfa.gov.sg) by Friday, 12 January 2024 at 17h00 local time (CET).

 

4        The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.


5        This invitation to quotation and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
