INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY OF DIPLOMATIC MAIL AND CARGO FROM PARIS TO SINGAPORE

          You are invited to submit your offer for the provision of service agreement for door-to-door delivery of diplomatic mail and cargo from Paris to Singapore for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.


2        Please contact Ms Janne Liew, Attaché (Administration & Technical) at liew_boa_tyng@mfa.gov.sg to obtain the documents and details of the Tender.


3        All offers shall be submitted to paris_procurement@mfa.sg by Friday, 12 March 2021 at 17h00 local time (CET).

 

4        The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.


5        This invitation to tender and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
