INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR REPLACEMENT OF FLAGPOLES AT THE CHANCERY

          You are invited to submit your offer for the replacement of flagpoles at the Chancery of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.

2        Please contact Ms Emilie Lefèvre, person in charge of building maintenance at 01 56 79 68 03/ sg-admin@mfa.sg or Ms Jean Chua, Third Secretary (Administration & Technical) at chua_hwee_khoon@mfa.gov.sg to obtain the documents and details of the Tender.

3        The Government of the Republic of Singapore will organise a mandatory site visit at the Chancery (16 Rue Murillo, 75008 Paris) on 7 December 2023, 2pm (CET). Bidders who wish to attend may register your attendance with Ms Emilie Lefèvre, at 01 56 79 68 03 or sg-admin@mfa.sg. Bids submitted by providers who did not execute a prior site visit will not be accepted.

4        All offers shall be submitted to paris_procurement@mfa.sg by Wednesday, 13 December 2023 at 17h00 local time (CET).

5        The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.

6        This invitation to quotation and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
