INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR REINFORCEMENT OF MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR AND SERVICE DOOR AT THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE

          You are invited to submit your offer for the reinforcement of main entrance door and service door at the Official Residence for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.

2        Please contact Ms Emilie Lefevre, person in charge of building maintenance at 01 56 79 68 03/ sg-admin@mfa.sg or Ms Janne Liew, Attaché (Administration & Technical) at liew_boa_tyng@mfa.gov.sg to obtain the documents and details of the Tender.

3        The Government of the Republic of Singapore will organise a site visit at the Official Residence – 3 rue de l’Amiral d’Estaing, 75116 Paris on 23 June 2022, 2pm (CET). Bidders who do not attend the site visit will be automatically disqualified. Please register your attendance with Ms Emilie Lefèvre, person-in-charge of building maintenance, at 01 56 79 68 03 or sg-admin@mfa.sg.

4        All offers shall be submitted to paris_procurement@mfa.sg by Thursday, 30 June 2022 at 17h00 local time (CET).

5        The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to accept the lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.

6        This invitation to quotation and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
