CORRIGENDUM TO THE INVITATION TO TENDER

            You were invited to tender for the Chancery cleaning service contract (3 years from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2024) and additional related goods and services for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.

2          Pursuant to section 29 of the Instructions to Suppliers, we hereby wish to inform you of the following corrigendum:

• The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore informs all Suppliers, that there is one modification of the number of hours of daily cleaning services required in section 2.3 of Annex D – Requirement Specifications. Please refer to the following modifications:

2.3 The two cleaners are expected to complete their tasks within a total of nine (9) hours between the two of them, and cleaning is to be done between 9.00 am and 2.00 pm every working day.

3          All other terms of the documents which constitute integral components of this Invitation to Quote (which have been duly forwarded to you) remain the same.

          You are invited to submit your offer for the three-year cleaning services contract and additional related goods and services for the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore’s Chancery at 16 rue Murillo 75008 Paris and occasionally the Official Residence at 3 rue de l'amiral d'Estaing 75116 Paris.

2        Please contact Ms Emilie Lefevre, person in charge of building maintenance at 01 56 79 68 03/ sg-admin@mfa.sg or Ms Janne Liew, Attaché (Administration & Technical) at liew_boa_tyng@mfa.gov.sg to obtain the documents and details of the Tender.

3        The Government of the Republic of Singapore will organise a mandatory site visits at the Embassy and the Official Residence on 27 September 2021. Please register your attendance to one of the sessions with Ms Emilie Lefèvre, person-in-charge of building maintenance, at 01 56 79 68 03 or sg-admin@mfa.sg by 17 September 2020, 5pm (CET). Bids submitted by providers who did not execute a prior site visit will not be accepted.

4        All offers shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to Ms Janne Liew at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore at 16 rue Murillo 75008 Paris by the closing date. The closing date for the tender is Friday, 22 October 2021 at 17h00 local time (CET).

5        The Government of the Republic of Singapore does not bind itself to acceptthe lowest Offer, or the whole or any part of any Offer.

6        This invitation to tender and its result will be published on the public notice board at the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore.
